Convenient Bottle-type Conversion: Changing the bottle type is extremely simple. Just replace the bottle-type dial star wheels for bottle in-feeding and out-feeding. Syrup is prepared in sugar melting and blending tanks, filtered and pumped into the mixer. Meanwhile, process water goes through vacuum degassing to improve CO₂ absorption. The system proportions water and syrup to your exact formula, cools the blend via a plate heat exchanger, then dissolves CO₂ under controlled pressure to achieve optimal, long-lasting carbonation.

Labeling Machine
We deliver customized final packaging solutions aligned with your needs and market demand, with three mainstream label options for bottle — PVC shrink sleeve, OPP hot-melt glue and self-adhesive labels — each paired with dedicated labeling equipment.
