Rinsing Part

● 8 sets of stainless steel bottle grippers clamp bottles by the neck and flip them 180° upside down automatically.

● High-pressure spray nozzles rinse the inner bottle wall thoroughly with purified water; equipped with a water collection tray for waste water discharge.

● Built-in draining zone removes residual rinse water completely before bottles enter the filling section.

● Gripper structure avoids contact with bottle mouth and inner wall, maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the process.

Filling Part

● 8 sets of precision-machined atmospheric gravity filling valves, specially optimized for still water bottling.

● Lifting cam lifting valve structure with accurate positioning; filling volume can be easily adjusted via PLC control of valve opening time.

● Drip-proof cut-off structure prevents liquid stringing and dripping after filling, keeping bottle mouths and conveyor belts clean.

● Constant liquid level control system in the filling tank maintains stable filling pressure, ensuring consistent fill level across all bottles.

Capping Part

● 3 sets of magnetic constant-torque capping heads, with adjustable torsion to fit different cap materials and specifications.

● Precision cap guiding device ensures accurate cap placement, effectively eliminating crooked caps, missing caps and over-tightening issues.

● Compatible with standard PET screw caps and tamper-evident caps for drinking water bottles.

Bottle Blowing System

Our PET bottle blow molding machines support fully custom bottle shapes and serve a wide range of beverage applications. We offer two configurations to fit different production scales:

● Semi-automatic blow molder: Manual operation with low upfront investment, ideal for small-batch production and startup plants.

● Automatic blow molder: High-level automation for medium to high-speed production lines, ensuring stable output with reduced labor demand.

Automatic models produce PET bottles from 100ml to 2,000ml, commonly used for water, soda and cola bottles. All bottle profiles can be customized to your exact design requirements.

Labeling Machine

We deliver customized final packaging solutions aligned with your needs and market demand, with three mainstream label options for bottle — PVC shrink sleeve, OPP hot-melt glue and self-adhesive labels — each paired with dedicated labeling equipment. As refined label design effectively boosts brand recognition and market appeal, we recommend referencing local mainstream products when making your selection.

Bottle Packging System

Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.

PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.

A: A complete bottled water filling line usually includes water treatment, bottle blowing or bottle feeding, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, date coding, shrink wrapping or carton packing, and final conveying. TUYAO can configure the full line according to your bottle size, water type, target capacity, factory layout, and packing method.

Q3: Can you design a layout according to our workshop size?

A: Yes. Simply provide us with your workshop dimensions, ceiling height and existing facilities, and our engineering team will design a customized factory layout plan and production line configuration for free.

Q4: Can you customize the voltage to match our local power supply?

A: Yes. The standard configuration is 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase. We can customize 220V, 415V, 440V, 60Hz and other voltage/frequency specifications according to your local standards.

Q5: Do you provide overseas installation and training service?

A: Yes. We send experienced technical engineers to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure your production line starts up smoothly and on schedule.

Q6: What is the warranty period? What does it cover?

A: We provide a 12-month whole-machine warranty starting from the date of commissioning. Core structural and electrical parts are covered under normal use. Wearing parts such as silicone seals, conveyor belts and nozzles are not covered by warranty but are available at factory price for lifetime supply.
