Turnkey Carbonated Beverage Production Lines for Soda, Cola, Sparkling Juice & Energy Drinks
Engineered for Carbonated Drinks: Stability & Efficiency
Handling carbonated drinks requires mastery over pressure and temperature. TUYAO’s CSD lines utilize isobaric (equal pressure) filling technology and high-precision carbonation mixers to ensure consistent bubble size and product stability throughout the shelf life.
Key Technical Advantages That Set Us Apart:
✅ Isobaric Filling Valves: Designed specifically for carbonated beverage production. The anti-foaming structure prevents overflow and bottle splashing, reduces unnecessary product loss, and helps maintain stable product quality throughout the production process.
✅ Advanced Vacuum Deaeration CO2 Mixer: Precise temperature control (0-4°C) and multi-stage mixing for optimal gas absorption
✅ Fully Integrated Control System: PLC + touch screen operation, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature parameters
✅ Wide Bottle Compatibility: Suitable for 100ml-2L PET bottles and glass bottles
Optimized Layout for High-Speed Carbonation
Our engineering team designs compact, high-efficiency layouts that minimize the distance between the CO2 mixer and the filler, reducing pressure drops and ensuring temperature stability.

Core Modules of a TUYAO CSD Solution
Water Treatment System
Our water treatment systems are fully custom-engineered to your raw water conditions. After reviewing your water analysis report, we design a tailored solution combining pre-filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF) and ozone/UV sterilization for deep purification — effectively removing contaminants, reducing hardness and ensuring compliance with drinking water standards.

Carbonated Beverage Processing System
Our CSD mixing systems are custom-engineered around your unique beverage formulas, providing a complete pre-filling preparation solution for carbonated soft drinks. The full system comprises syrup melting tanks, blending tanks, heating & cooling units, sterilizers and supporting modules. All wetted parts use high-grade 304/316 stainless steel with precision welding and polishing, paired with optimized process design and fully automated control. Every configuration can be tailored to your specific production requirements.
Process Flow: Syrup Melter → Syrup Transfer Pump → Syrup Filter → Primary Blending Tank → Beverage Transfer Pump → Dual-stage Filter → Secondary Blending Tank → Dual-stage Filter → UHT Sterilizer → Homogenizer → CIP System

Bottle Blowing System
Our PET bottle blow molding machines support fully custom bottle shapes and serve a wide range of beverage applications. We offer two configurations to fit different production scales:
Semi-automatic blow molder: Manual operation with low upfront investment, ideal for small-batch production and startup plants.
Automatic blow molder: High-level automation for medium to high-speed production lines, ensuring stable output with reduced labor demand.
Automatic models produce PET bottles from 100ml to 2,000ml, commonly used for water, soda and cola bottles. All bottle profiles can be customized to your exact design requirements.

Carbonated Drink CO2 Mixer
Our carbonating mixer is the core processing unit for carbonated soft drink production, engineered to precisely blend syrup, treated water and carbon dioxide for consistent taste and stable carbonation retention.
Syrup is prepared in sugar melting and blending tanks, filtered and pumped into the mixer. Meanwhile, process water goes through vacuum degassing to improve CO₂ absorption. The system proportions water and syrup to your exact formula, cools the blend via a plate heat exchanger, then dissolves CO₂ under controlled pressure to achieve optimal, long-lasting carbonation.

Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine
This 3-in-1 rinsing-filling-capping monobloc is purpose-built for carbonated soft drinks (cola, soda, sparkling water) and carbonated energy drinks. It integrates washing, filling and capping into a single compact unit, ensuring stable, seamless production with lightweight PET bottles. Equipped with a quick-change system, it enables fast format switches with minimal labor and downtime. Designed for high-volume lines, the unit delivers a maximum output of 27,000 PET bottles per hour.

Labeling Machine
We deliver customized final packaging solutions aligned with your needs and market demand, with three mainstream label options for bottle — PVC shrink sleeve, OPP hot-melt glue and self-adhesive labels — each paired with dedicated labeling equipment. As refined label design effectively boosts brand recognition and market appeal, we recommend referencing local mainstream products when making your selection.

Bottle Packging System
Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.
PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.

Frequently Asked Questions About Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) Filling Line
1. What equipment is included in a complete CSD production line?
A complete CSD production line can include water treatment, syrup preparation, vacuum deaeration, CO2 mixer, beverage chiller, isobaric rinsing-filling-capping monoblock, bottle warmer if needed, labeling machine, coding system, shrink wrapping or carton packing machine, and conveyors.
2. What is isobaric filling and why is it important for CSD production?
Isobaric filling, also called counter-pressure filling, means the pressure inside the bottle is balanced with the pressure in the filling tank before the beverage enters the bottle. This is important for carbonated soft drinks because sudden pressure drops can cause foaming, CO2 loss, unstable fill levels, and product waste.
3. How does TUYAO maintain CO2 levels during carbonated drink production?
TUYAO CSD lines maintain CO2 levels through vacuum deaeration, precise low-temperature control, high-pressure CO2 mixing, stable pressure conveying, and isobaric filling valves. Keeping the beverage cold and minimizing the distance between the carbonator and filler helps reduce pressure loss and maintain carbonation stability.
4. What bottle sizes can TUYAO CSD filling lines handle?
TUYAO CSD filling lines can be designed for PET bottles from 100ml to 2L. The line can be customized according to bottle shape, cap type, carbonation level, production speed, and packaging method. For other containers such as glass bottles or cans, TUYAO can recommend a suitable configuration.
5. What is the capacity range of TUYAO CSD filling lines?
TUYAO provides scalable CSD filling line solutions from around 3,000 BPH for craft soda or niche beverage brands to around 27,000 BPH for large-scale carbonated beverage production. The actual capacity depends on bottle size, filling valve quantity, carbonation system, and downstream packaging speed.
6. How long does it take to install a CSD production line?
Installation time depends on line capacity, factory readiness, and project scope. After equipment arrives, a standard CSD production line may take around 15-30 days for installation, piping, electrical connection, pressure testing, commissioning, and operator training. Larger high-speed lines may require additional time.
