Blow Molding Unit

Capping Unit
● Centrifugal cap sorting mechanism driven by a reduction gearbox, delivering steady, high-efficiency cap feeding from the hopper via centrifugal force.
● Integrated reverse cap separator at the inlet automatically rejects misoriented caps and blows them back to the hopper by air flow, ensuring only correctly positioned caps enter the slide channel.
● Electric level sensor monitors cap stock in the hopper in real time and regulates the cap conveyor automatically to maintain optimal cap feeding performance.
● Anti-reverse cap dial matched with the slide channel provides secondary orientation verification, preventing misaligned caps from entering the cap feeding plate and avoiding operational failures.
● Photoelectric switch mounted on the slide triggers immediate main machine shutdown upon cap shortage detection, protecting equipment from abnormal running conditions.
● Active discharge outlet at the hopper front effectively removes defective caps (without anti-theft rings) and surplus caps from the system.
