Filling Part
Food-Grade ANSI 304 Gravity Filling System: The rotary disc and all filling valves are made of ANSI 304 stainless steel. High-precision, high-speed gravity filling valves deliver consistent liquid level accuracy with full food hygiene compliance.
Stable Transmission & Level Control: Supported by large flat-toothed bearings and driven by an internal frame gear system for smooth, reliable operation. A float mechanism maintains steady liquid level in the cylinder to ensure consistent filling pressure.
Tool-Free Bottle Format Changeover: Bottles are lifted by a lifting cam and gripped at the bottle mouth. No part replacement or adjustment is needed when switching between bottle shapes, enabling flexible and efficient production changeovers.

Capping Part
Reverse Cap Rejection & Missing-Cap Protection The cap drop guide is built with a reverse-cap blocking and ejecting mechanism. A set of photoelectric triggers automatic machine shutdown when no caps are detected, effectively eliminating uncapped bottles.
Bottle-Cap Interlocked Feeding A bottle-infeed detection switch interlocks with the cap-locking cylinder at the guide rail junction. Cap feeding stops automatically when no bottles are present, reducing cap waste.
Intelligent Cap Sorter Control The cap sorter is fitted with a cap-shortage detection mechanism that automatically controls the start and stop of the cap elevator for stable, automated production.
