The 15000BPH automatic water filling bottling machine is a high-performance rotary 3-in-1 system designed for large-scale mass production. Built on the heavy-duty XGF32-32-8 configuration, it integrates bottle rinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping into a fully enclosed monoblock frame, delivering a continuous stable output of 15,000 bottles per hour for 500ml PET bottles.

Stable High-Speed Mass Production: 32 rinsing heads + 32 filling valves + 8 capping heads configuration delivers steady 15000 BPH capacity for 500ml bottles, fully meeting the high-output demand of large-scale water plants and brand owners.

Food-Grade Hygienic Structure: The entire rotary disc, filling valves and bottle clamps are made of ANSI304 stainless steel. The proprietary neck-only clamping design eliminates thread contamination risk from traditional rubber clamps, fully complying with international food safety standards.

Efficient Water-Saving Rinsing System: Spray nozzles spray at an optimized angle to cover every part of the inner wall, achieving thorough cleaning with minimal water consumption, suitable for both small and large bottle formats.

High-Precision Gravity Filling: High-speed constant-level gravity filling valves ensure ±2ml filling accuracy for 500ml bottles. A float-type level control system maintains stable filling pressure, and the drip-proof cut-off structure completely eliminates liquid dripping.

Smart Capping with Low Waste: Built-in reverse cap rejection, missing-cap auto-stop and bottle-cap interlock mechanism effectively eliminate uncapped bottles and reduce cap loss. Magnetic constant-torque capping heads ensure uniform and leak-proof sealing.

Smooth Low-Maintenance Drive: Supported by large flat-toothed bearings and driven by an internal frame gear system. Key moving parts adopt German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bearings, ensuring long-term stable operation with reduced daily maintenance costs.

Efficient and Water-saving Cleaning: The bottle-washing system is equipped with high-efficiency nozzles that can reach every corner inside the bottle for a comprehensive clean, while effectively saving flushing water. The uniquely designed cover above the nozzle prevents water splashing, and the adjustable recovery tank and recovery pipeline below further improve water resource utilization, making it both environmentally friendly and efficient.

Convenient Bottle-type Conversion: Changing the bottle type is extremely simple. Just replace the bottle-type dial star wheels for bottle in-feeding and out-feeding. In addition, the height of the rotating part can be flexibly adjusted, easily adapting to different bottle heights, which greatly improves the flexibility and efficiency of production.

Dual-mode Efficient Bottle Delivery for Diverse Production Needs: There are two ways to lift bottles to the filling valve, catering to different production scenarios. The mechanical method uses the cooperation of a mechanical guide slider and a cam mechanism. It provides precise guidance and smooth pushing, ensuring stable bottle lifting, which is suitable for high-precision filling. The pneumatic method is driven by a lifting cylinder. With a rapid response, it can deliver bottles to the filling position in a short time, meeting the needs of large-scale and fast-paced production.

Precise and Intelligent Liquid Cylinder Material Replenishment: With the intelligent cooperation of the magnetic liquid-level switch on the liquid cylinder and the PLC, precise control of the liquid-feeding pump and pneumatic liquid-inlet valve realizes real-time and automatic material replenishment, ensuring continuous and stable material supply and improving production efficiency.

Capping Part

Intelligent Cap-feeding: With a bottle-feeding detection switch, it automatically stops cap-feeding when no bottles are present, reducing cap waste.
