The 8000BPH 3-in-1 rinsing filling capping machine is a high-performance rotary bottling system designed for medium-large capacity production demand. Built on the classic XGF16-16-5 configuration, it integrates bottle rinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping into one fully enclosed monoblock frame, delivering a continuous stable output of 8,000 bottles per hour for 500ml PET bottles.

Rinsing Part
● The bottle washing system adopts high-efficiency cleaning spray nozzles, which can clean every part of the bottle.
● Large plane bearing, smooth and reliable operation.
● It adopts the form of steel dial wheel to clamp the bottle mouth. Changing the bottle type does not require adjusting the height of the equipment. It can be achieved by replacing the bottle dial star wheel. The operation is simple and convenient.
Filling Part
● The filling method is gravity filling.
● It adopts the lifting cam to lift bottle and uses the bottle gripper to clamp the bottle mouth. It does not need to replace or adjust any parts to change the bottle shape.
● The rotating disc is made entirely of stainless steel ANSI304.
● Large flat toothed bearings ensure smooth and reliable operation.
● The filling valve is made of ANSI304.
● High-precision, high-speed liquid level filling valve.
Capping Part
● Using magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable.
● A set of photoelectric switches is installed on the cap-drop guide rail . When there is no cap on the cap-drop guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of bottles without caps.
● The capping machine is equipped with a bottle-feeding detection switch, and the cap locking cylinder at the junction of the cap dropping guide rail and the cap dialing plate interlocks to control the discharge of bottle caps, ensuring that cap feeding stops when there is no bottle, and reducing the number of caps loss.

Bottle Blowing System

Labeling Machine
We deliver customized final packaging solutions aligned with your needs and market demand, with three mainstream label options for bottle — PVC shrink sleeve, OPP hot-melt glue and self-adhesive labels — each paired with dedicated labeling equipment. Bottle Packging System
Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.
PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.
