A: We use Standard Export Plywood Case Packing. Major equipment is securely fastened in reinforced wooden crates, while smaller components are packed in thick, moisture-proof cartons. This ensures your investment stays safe and intact throughout its journey.

A: For standard equipment, the typical lead time is 40–60 days after order confirmation and deposit. For customized complete lines, the lead time is usually 60–100 days, depending on line configuration, customization requirements, and project scope.

A: Yes. We provide the necessary export and customs clearance documents according to your order and destination requirements, such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE certificate, certificate of origin, and other required documents when applicable.

A: Depending on the complexity of the line, installation and commissioning usually take 10 to 25 days. Our engineers stay on-site until your staff is fully confident in operating and maintaining the equipment.

A: All TUYAO machines come with a 1-year outstanding warranty and life-long technical support. We include a 1-year supply of free vulnerable spare parts with your shipment. We also provide spare parts at cost even after the warranty period to ensure your production never stops.
