The 18000BPH automatic bottle water filling machine is a flagship high-speed rotary bottling system purpose-built for ultra-large volume production. Built on the heavy-duty XGF40-40-10 platform, it integrates bottle rinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping into one fully enclosed monoblock frame, delivering consistent 18,000 bottles per hour output for 500ml PET bottles.

Mass-Production High-Speed Output 40 rinsing heads + 40 filling valves + 10 capping heads deliver stable 18000 BPH capacity for 500ml bottles. The reinforced heavy-duty frame supports 24/7 uninterrupted operation, fully meeting the large-batch delivery needs of flagship production bases.

Full Hygienic Grade Fluid Structure All product-contact parts adopt food-grade ANSI304 stainless steel with mirror polishing. The proprietary neck-only bottle clamp design completely avoids contact with bottle threads, eliminating secondary contamination risks and fully complying with international food safety and hygiene standards.

Intelligent Capping with Ultra-Low Waste Triple protection mechanisms — reverse cap rejection, missing-cap auto-shutdown and no-bottle no-cap feeding — effectively eliminate uncapped bottles and minimize cap loss. Magnetic constant-torque capping heads ensure uniform and leak-proof sealing without damaging caps or threads.

Heavy-Duty Maintenance-Free Drive Supported by oversized flat-toothed bearings and driven by enclosed internal gears. Key moving parts of the flipping mechanism use German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bearings, delivering smooth operation with low vibration and greatly reducing daily maintenance workload.

Modular Fast Format Changeover Compatible with 200ml–2L PET bottles. Format change requires replacement of dedicated change parts including star wheels and guide rails followed by fine tuning; the modular structural design allows skilled operators to complete adjustment efficiently.

Water-Saving High-Efficiency Rinsing: High-performance nozzles thoroughly clean every corner inside bottles while reducing water consumption. A dedicated splash shield above the nozzles prevents water splashing, and the adjustable recovery tank with recycling pipelines further improves water utilization, making the process eco-friendly and cost-efficient.

Easy & Fast Format Changeover: Bottle type conversion is simple and efficient — only the infeed and outfeed star wheels need replacement. The height of rotating components can be flexibly adjusted to fit different bottle heights, greatly improving production flexibility and changeover efficiency.

Stable Rotary Drive & Heavy-Duty Build 40 sets of high-precision high-speed constant-level gravity filling valves are precision-machined from ANSI304 stainless steel. The rotary section is supported by large flat-plane bearings and fitted with German Igus maintenance-free bearings. Driven by a motor with gear transmission, the whole unit runs steadily with a low failure rate and easy routine maintenance.

Advanced Hygienic Filling Valve Design Developed with international state-of-the-art design concepts, the filling valve delivers fast filling speed, minimal sanitary dead zones, fewer sealing components and precise liquid level control, ensuring highly efficient, accurate filling performance as well as convenient cleaning and upkeep.

Dual-Mode Bottle Lifting for Flexible Production Two bottle lifting modes are available to adapt to diverse production scenarios. The mechanical mode uses a guide slider paired with a cam mechanism for precise, steady lifting, ideal for high-precision filling requirements. The pneumatic mode, driven by lifting cylinders with rapid response, achieves fast bottle positioning and suits high-volume, fast-paced production.

Intelligent Real-Time Liquid Tank Refilling A magnetic liquid level switch on the filling tank works in sync with the PLC to precisely control the feed pump and pneumatic inlet valve, realizing automatic real-time material replenishment and maintaining stable filling pressure for uninterrupted continuous production.

Purpose-Built Centralized Lubrication System Designed for high-intensity filling line operation, the centralized lubrication system delivers targeted lubrication to all key moving components, significantly reducing unplanned downtime, extending equipment service life and lowering overall operating costs.
