The grippers flip bottles 180° upward along the guide rails to a mouth-down position, avoiding contact with bottle threads and maintaining stable positioning throughout the entire rinsing cycle.

Independent Pipeline Distribution & Targeted Inner-Wall Rinsing: In the dedicated rinsing zone, rinsing water is pumped into the water distribution tray and evenly supplied to all 50 rinsing grippers through independent pipelines. Nozzles integrated into the grippers spray rinsing water directly onto the inner bottle walls for full-coverage, thorough cleaning.

In-Place Draining to Reduce Residual Water: After rinsing, bottles remain held in the inverted position for a dedicated draining phase to remove residual rinsing water, preventing excess water from being carried into the filling process and affecting product quality.

Slewing Bearing Support for Stable Durable Operation: The entire rinsing unit is supported by slewing bearings, which ensure smooth, low-vibration running, extend equipment service life and guarantee overall stability during long-term continuous high-speed production.

Valves automatically stay closed when no bottle is detected to prevent product wastage.

Pneumatic Lifting for Stable High-Speed Operation: The bottle lifting mechanism is driven by dedicated lifting cylinders, maintaining flexible, responsive motion even at high running speeds. This design eliminates the jamming and sluggish performance common with conventional slider-type lifting structures under high-speed conditions.

Hygienic Stainless Steel Valve with Adjustable Flow: All filling valves are made of high-quality stainless steel with a conical sealing structure, which is easy to clean and free from scale buildup. The valve opens upon contact with the bottle mouth to complete the filling cycle, and features a flow control mechanism for adjustable flow rates within a specified range.

Heavy-Duty Bearing & Gear Drive Design: The entire filling unit is supported by slewing bearings to guarantee long-term durability and overall equipment stability. Large flat toothed bearings further enhance running smoothness and reduce vibration. Power for the filling machine is transmitted via gears through the internal drive system inside the frame.

Durable Sealing & Smooth Process Transition: Filling sealing gaskets are made of EPDM material, offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and ozone. The transmission between the filling and capping systems runs smoothly without liquid splashing, and the liquid level inside bottles remains stable at the filled height after capping.

Neck-Supported Bottle Conveying: Bottles are conveyed by neck support throughout the filling station, the filling-capping transition star wheel and the capping station, ensuring stable bottle positioning and accurate transfer at high production speeds.

Capping Part

Stable Neck-Locked Anti-Rotation Positioning After filling, bottles are transferred into the capping machine via transfer star wheels. Anti-rotation blades engage the bottle neck and work in tandem with the outer neck guard plate to hold bottles upright and prevent rotation throughout the capping cycle, ensuring accurate sealing alignment.

Cam-Driven Full-Cycle Capping Motion Driven by the main shaft, capping heads perform both orbital revolution and self-rotation. Guided by cams, they complete the full sealing sequence automatically — cap pickup, cap placement, screw tightening and cap release — in a smooth, continuous motion.

Magnetic Constant-Torque Capping Heads Each capping head is fitted with a magnetic constant-torque device. A top cap sleeve aligns and straightens caps during pickup to guarantee correct positioning inside the capping die for consistent sealing quality. Once fully tightened, the head slips against the magnetic force to avoid cap damage; an ejector rod pushes the sealed cap out of the die as the head returns upward.

Synchronized Drive & Precision Cap Distribution The capping disc transmits power to the capping heads via a pin wheel, ensuring fully synchronized motion with the main capper. Caps feed through the cap chute into the cap distributor, then are separated per station by the cap transfer star wheel and delivered precisely to the capping head pickup point.
