TUYAO series automatic hot melt glue labeling machine is a high-efficiency packaging equipment designed for OPP film label application on rigid bottles. It is widely used in bottled water, juice, carbonated beverage, condiment and daily chemical industries, delivering smooth, bubble-free and firmly adhered label finish.
Compared with self-adhesive labels and shrink sleeves, OPP hot melt glue labeling has obvious cost advantage in mass production, making it an ideal choice for medium and large beverage factories. Technical Features
Glue Application Unit
The surface texture of the glue application roller is laser-engraved with uniform depth, ensuring consistent and even glue distribution. The unit is equipped with imported high-temperature bearings from SKF (Germany) and an innovative lubrication oil circuit, which guarantees long-term stable operation of the glue roller under continuous high-temperature conditions.
The entire glue application assembly can be adjusted forward and backward. The glue catch tray is supported by 2 guide rollers and 4 sliders underneath, featuring high structural rigidity and excellent running stability. The glue spray tube is made of brass and controlled at a constant temperature by a thermostat, which maintains stable glue viscosity and ensures reliable labeling quality.
Cutter Unit
The cutter roller is manufactured via hard mold casting process, remaining dimensionally stable and free from deformation after long-term high-speed operation. The cutter blade is easy to calibrate — only one screw needs to be adjusted, enabling simple and fast setup.
The surface of the cutter drum is coated with Teflon, which improves compatibility with different label materials and reduces friction between the drum and labels. The cutter blade delivers exceptional durability, with a single set rated for a service life of up to 80 million label cuts.
