FAQ
Q1: Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?
A: We are a dedicated manufacturer with over 22 years of industry experience in beverage filling and packaging. Based in Zhangjiagang (only 2 hours from Shanghai), our factory is equipped with advanced technology to provide high-quality equipment at factory-direct prices. We warmly welcome you to visit our facility to see our machines in action.
Q2: What types of bottles can this shrink sleeve labeling machine handle?
A: This automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine is compatible with round, square, flat and irregular rigid bottles made of PET, PP, glass and other materials, widely used for beverage, condiment and daily chemical products. We can also customize the bottle passage size for special bottle types.
Q3: Which is better, steam shrink or electric heat shrink?
A: The steam shrink tunnel delivers more uniform heating and a softer shrink effect, suitable for heat-sensitive products and high-quality label requirements, but requires a steam supply system. The electric heat shrink tunnel is easy to install and operate, with lower initial investment, ideal for factories without steam infrastructure. We will recommend the most suitable solution based on your actual situation.
Q4:Can you provide a complete turnkey packaging solution?
A: Yes. We can provide a full turnkey solution from water treatment, bottle blowing, filling, shrink sleeve labeling to end-of-line packaging. All equipment is uniformly matched and factory-tested before delivery, reducing multi-supplier docking costs for customers.
Q5: Do you provide overseas installation and training service?
A: Yes. We send experienced technical engineers to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure your production line starts up smoothly and on schedule.
