The TUYAO series self-adhesive sticker labeling machine is a versatile automatic labeling solution that applies pressure-sensitive sticker labels directly onto container surfaces. Unlike hot melt glue and shrink sleeve labeling, it requires no additional heating or shrinking system, with faster label changeover and lower debugging cost, making it especially suitable for factories with multiple product SKUs and flexible production plans.
This machine supports single-side labeling, double-side front & back labeling, full-wrap labeling and neck labeling, and can be adapted to round, square, flat and special-shaped rigid containers. It can be seamlessly integrated with existing filling, capping and coding production lines to realize fully automated packaging.

Q2: What is the difference between self-adhesive labeling and hot melt glue labeling?
A: Self-adhesive labeling uses pre-coated pressure-sensitive stickers, requires no heating system, with fast changeover and low debugging cost, ideal for multi-SKU and small-to-medium volume production. Hot melt glue labeling uses OPP film with on-site glue application, with lower label material cost for mass production, more suitable for high-volume single-product beverage lines.
