Product Overview
The automatic glass bottle carbonated soft drink filling machine is a dedicated isobaric bottling system engineered for glass-packaged carbonated beverage production. It integrates bottle rinsing, counter-pressure filling and capping into one fully enclosed unit, delivering stable, high-quality bottling for carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water, craft soda and fizzy juice in glass containers.
Professional Isobaric Filling for Stable CO₂ Retention Adopts mature isobaric filling principle: bottles are pre-pressurized with CO₂ to match the cylinder pressure before filling, and pressure is released smoothly after filling. This process effectively inhibits CO₂ escape, maintains stable gas content in the beverage and ensures consistent taste, mouthfeel and bubble texture across batch production.
Anti-Foaming Valve Structure with Zero Overflow Each precision isobaric filling valve features an independent central air return channel and annular down-flow structure, guiding liquid to flow smoothly along the inner bottle wall to avoid impact splashing and foaming. The fast mechanical cut-off mechanism stops liquid flow instantly at the end of filling, eliminating overflow and keeping bottle mouths clean.
Dual Cap Compatibility for Flexible Production The capping unit supports both standard crown caps and screw caps via quick-change capping heads, adapting to different glass bottle packaging solutions. Magnetic constant-torque for screw caps and mechanical stamping for crown caps both deliver uniform, airtight sealing to prevent CO₂ leakage.
Glass-Bottle-Specific Gentle Handling Design Optimized star wheels, guide rails and bottle clamping structure transport glass bottles smoothly throughout the whole process with accurate positioning. The soft-contact conveying design greatly reduces bottle collision, scratch and breakage rate, ensuring safe high-speed operation for fragile glass containers.
Food-Grade Hygienic Construction with CIP Compatibility All wetted components are manufactured from food-grade ANSI304 stainless steel (ANSI316L optional) with mirror-polished surfaces and zero sanitary dead corners. The entire fluid system adopts sanitary clamp connections and supports fully automatic CIP circulation cleaning, fully complying with global beverage food safety standards.

Rinsing Part
● After entering the main monoblock unit, empty bottles are fed into the rotary bottle rinser via bottom-supporting conveying drags. Specialized neck-gripping bottle clamps firmly hold the bottle necks and rotate the bottles 180° upward along the rinsing guide rails, orienting bottle mouths downward to enable full inner-wall washing.
● Within the designated rinsing zone controlled by the integrated water distribution plate, rinsing water is pumped into the distribution plate by a dedicated rinsing water pump, then evenly distributed through internal pipelines to all rinsing clamps. High-efficiency nozzles installed on each clamp spray purified rinsing water at an optimized angle to thoroughly flush the entire inner bottle wall, eliminating dust, fine particles and potential contaminants.
● Following rinsing, the clamped bottles pass through a dedicated draining section to fully discharge residual water. The bottle clamps then travel downward along the guide rails and rotate the bottles an additional 180° to return them to an upright position with bottle mouths facing upward. Fully sanitized and drained bottles are transported out of the rinsing station via bottom-supporting drags — using food-grade pure water for the entire rinsing process — and delivered directly to the filling station for subsequent production.
Filling Part
High-Precision High-Speed Filling Valves with Accurate Level Control: This bottling machine features high-precision, high-speed filling valves that deliver consistent liquid level accuracy with zero drip loss for premium filling quality. A no-bottle no-fill function keeps valves automatically closed when bottles are absent, eliminating unnecessary material waste and sustaining reliable filling performance. Fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, the valves adopt conical surface sealing for effortless cleaning and scale-free operation. The valve activates immediately upon contact with the bottle mouth to complete the filling cycle, and an integrated flow control mechanism allows adjustable flow rates within a specified range to adapt to varying production requirements.
Chemical-Resistant EPDM Sealing Gaskets: All filling sealing gaskets are made of EPDM material, which offers exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis and ozone. This durable sealing solution maintains long-term tightness and compatibility with diverse beverage formulas, reducing routine replacement costs.
Smooth Filling-to-Capping Transfer for Consistent Finished Quality: The connecting transmission between the filling system and capping system operates with stable, low-vibration motion, effectively preventing liquid splashing during bottle transfer. This seamless transition ensures the liquid level in every bottle remains within the standard filling tolerance after capping, guaranteeing uniform product specifications across batch production.
Enclosed Gear Transmission & Heavy-Duty Flat Toothed Bearings: Power for the filling machine is transmitted via gears through a transmission system mounted inside the machine frame, delivering efficient, reliable power delivery with minimal maintenance. Large flat toothed bearings are fitted to the rotary assembly to enable steadier equipment operation, reduce operational vibration and support uninterrupted high-volume production.
Bottom-Supported Bottle Conveying Across All Key Stations: Bottles are conveyed by bottom support throughout the filling station, the transfer starwheel between filling and capping, and the capping position. This stable bottom-support design ensures precise bottle positioning, prevents tipping and shaking, and supports reliable, high-speed bottling operations.
Capping Part
● Upon completion of the filling process, bottles are conveyed into the rotary capping machine through a bottom-supporting transfer starwheel. Within the capping station, an inner positioning dial and outer guard ring work in tandem to stabilize each bottle, keeping it perfectly upright and preventing rotational movement during the sealing operation.
● Driven by the capper’s central main shaft, each capping head revolves around the shaft axis while spinning independently on its own axis. Guided by a precision-engineered cam mechanism, the capping heads execute the full sealing cycle — including screw tightening and cap release — to deliver consistent, leak-proof capping results. As the capping head ascends after tightening, a built-in cap ejector rod pushes the secured cap free from the capping die, readying the head for the next production cycle.
● Power is transmitted to the capping turret from the capping head assembly via a pin gear drive system, which guarantees the turret’s motion remains fully synchronized with the rotary capping unit. This synchronized design ensures smooth, jolt-free bottle transfer between stations, preserving stable liquid levels and maintaining filling accuracy throughout the entire bottling process.
