Product Overview

This carbonation mixer delivers precise blending, rational compact layout, simple adjustable operation and full food-grade hygienic design. All wetted components that come into contact with beverages are fabricated from high-grade polished acid-resistant stainless steel, fully complying with international food sanitation standards. The entire pipeline adopts a fully enclosed circulation system compatible with online cleaning and sterilization, effectively preventing secondary contamination of liquid materials during transmission.

The unit is suitable for manufacturing all types of carbonated soft drinks and CO₂-infused fruit sparkling beverages. Operators can conveniently adjust production throughput and the mixing ratio between purified water and concentrated syrup on demand.

● High deaeration efficiency and superior carbonation saturation performance

● Built-in automatic liquid level and pressure regulation assemblies inside the mixing tank

● Full-process PLC monitoring for the entire blending and carbonation cycle

● Homogeneous mixing with ultra-high ratio precision

●  In-line pipeline carbonation minimizes CO₂ escape and cuts operational gas consumption

Equipment Description

1. Vacuum Deaeration Mechanism

The machine adopts single-stage vertical vacuum deaeration. Liquid water is sprayed from the top of the vertical deaeration tank and falls over an extended travel path, extending vacuum exposure time under the vacuum pump to achieve thorough oxygen removal.

2. Syrup & Water Proportion Blending System

Flow rates of water and syrup are synchronously regulated via float level sensors linked to pneumatic diaphragm inlet valves. The float level sensor generates a 4–20 mA analog signal to actuate the diaphragm valve, stabilizing the inlet flow of both water and syrup for consistent output flow. Real-time blending status is displayed continuously on the PLC touchscreen HMI.

This analog closed-loop control stabilizes liquid levels within the buffer tank, maintaining constant outflow flow and guaranteeing ultra-precise mixing ratios between water and syrup.

3. Finished Beverage Carbonation Technology

Conventional carbonation equipment relies on standard Venturi injectors that force pressurized CO₂ into liquid. Though widely proven in industrial production, this design has a critical drawback: excess dissolved CO₂ outgasses once the liquid enters atmospheric-pressure storage tanks, venting unused CO₂ into the air and causing significant gas waste.

Our upgraded Venturi injector solves this issue with a high-pressure feed pump installed upstream. The pump generates high-velocity pressurized liquid flow that draws CO₂ internally recirculated from the finished product tank, rather than drawing raw CO₂ directly from external supply lines. This closed-loop internal gas recovery eliminates wasteful CO₂ venting to the atmosphere.

FAQ

Q1: Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?

A: We are a dedicated manufacturer with over 22 years of industry experience in beverage filling and packaging. Based in Zhangjiagang (only 2 hours from Shanghai), our factory is equipped with advanced technology to provide high-quality equipment at factory-direct prices. We warmly welcome you to visit our facility to see our machines in action.

Q2: Can it produce multiple types of carbonated beverages with different formulas?

A: Yes. Multiple groups of independent beverage formulas can be stored in the touch screen control system, including adjustable water-syrup mixing ratio, target carbonation volume and mixing pressure. Operators can switch formulas with one click to produce sparkling water, fruit soda, energy drinks and other products flexibly.

Q3: Is a low-temperature environment necessary for carbonation mixing?

A: Lower liquid temperature can significantly improve CO2 solubility. The equipment supports matching external refrigeration heat exchangers to maintain the optimal carbonation temperature range. If the liquid temperature is too high, the system will automatically reduce CO2 supply and trigger an alarm to prevent gas waste and unstable taste.

Q4: Do you provide overseas installation and training?

A: Yes. We can arrange senior technicians to your factory for installation, commissioning and systematic operation & maintenance training, including bottle blowing process adjustment and common fault handling.

Q5: What is the warranty period?

A: We provide a 12-month whole machine warranty starting from the commissioning date, with lifetime technical support and long-term supply of original spare parts and wearing parts at factory price.
