The fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine is a professional two-stage stretch blow molding solution optimized for 0.1L to 2L PET bottle manufacturing. It automates the entire production process from preform loading, heating, stretch blowing to finished bottle discharging, enabling continuous, unmanned production with high forming yield.
Full-Automatic Continuous Production: The machine completes preform sorting, loading, heating, stretch blowing and finished bottle discharging in a fully automatic continuous process, greatly reducing manual intervention and labor cost. The stable linear production rhythm ensures uninterrupted operation and high production yield for mass manufacturing.
Precision Multi-Zone Infrared Heating: Adopts an advanced infrared heating furnace with multiple independently controlled temperature zones. Each heating lamp can be adjusted individually to match different preform materials, weights and bottle shapes, ensuring uniform preform heating and consistent wall thickness distribution of finished bottles. The preform rotation mechanism during heating guarantees 360° even heating for perfect forming.
Servo-Driven High-Precision Blowing System: Equipped with a servo-driven stretching and mold clamping mechanism, it delivers fast, smooth and accurate stretching action with adjustable stroke and speed. The high-pressure blowing circuit with quick-response valves ensures instant high-pressure inflation, resulting in clear bottle contours, stable neck dimensions and excellent mechanical strength.

It covers a wide range from 0.1L small bottles to 2L standard bottles, adapting to round, square and special-shaped PET bottles for various industries.
Energy-Efficient Optimized Design: The heating furnace is equipped with a reflective insulation layer and thermal energy recycling structure to reduce heat loss and power consumption. Optimized pneumatic circuit design recycles part of the high-pressure air, effectively lowering compressed air consumption and production cost.

Adjustable Stretch Blow System:Both pre-blow and high-pressure blow cycle times are fully adjustable. Each stretch rod can be fine-tuned individually to accommodate different preform specifications and bottle shapes, delivering outstanding process flexibility.
Intelligent Electrical Control System: All pneumatic and electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned brands. The touchscreen control interface is intuitive to operate, with comprehensive sensing monitoring, built-in fault diagnosis and automatic production reporting to track shift-by-shift production efficiency in real time.
Cooling & Chilled Water Circulation System: A dedicated cooling water channel is installed under the heating chamber to block radiant heat from the heating lamps during preform heating, protecting the bottle neck finish from thermal deformation. Chilled water circulates through the mold cavities for rapid mold cooling and setting, which elevates overall machine productivity.
