The fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine is a professional two-stage stretch blow molding solution optimized for 0.1L to 2L PET bottle manufacturing. Intelligent Electrical Control System: All pneumatic and electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned brands. The touchscreen control interface is intuitive to operate, with comprehensive sensing monitoring, built-in fault diagnosis and automatic production reporting to track shift-by-shift production efficiency in real time.
Cooling & Chilled Water Circulation System: A dedicated cooling water channel is installed under the heating chamber to block radiant heat from the heating lamps during preform heating, protecting the bottle neck finish from thermal deformation. Chilled water circulates through the mold cavities for rapid mold cooling and setting, which elevates overall machine productivity.
