PET-Specific Drip-Proof Filling Design: Equipped with lifting large-flow filling nozzles with bottle mouth guiding structure, which aligns accurately with the PET bottle mouth before filling to avoid offset leakage. Each nozzle adopts an independent oil suction backflow anti-drip structure, achieving zero dripping after filling and keeping the bottle mouth and body clean. Flexible Anti-Tipping Conveying System: Designed for lightweight empty PET bottles, the whole-line conveying system adopts width-adjustable flexible guardrails and a bottom-support flat belt structure, with an empty bottle righting mechanism installed at the infeed to correct tilted bottles and prevent tipping.
