Rinsing part

● Gripper-type clamping mechanism holds bottles by the neck and flips them 180° upside down

● Multi-nozzle spray system rinses the inner wall of bottles with purified water

● Built-in draining section ensures no residual water remains inside bottles before filling

● Bottle clamps are made of food-grade stainless steel, no scratch on bottle surface

Filling Part

● Large-bore filling valves designed for large bottles, fast filling speed with stable liquid level

● Pneumatic lifting valve structure, accurate positioning and tight sealing

● Liquid level can be fine-tuned via adjusting filling time on the touchscreen

● Equipped with liquid level control system in the filling tank to maintain stable pressure

Capping Part

● The cap chute is built with a reverse-cap rejection mechanism to block misoriented caps.

● A photoelectric sensor on the cap chute triggers automatic machine shutdown when caps are depleted.

● A bottle-in detection switch is installed at the capping station.

● A cap-locking cylinder at the cap chute and cap dial junction enables no-bottle, no-cap feeding logic.

● Rotary unit height is adjustable to accommodate different bottle heights.

● The capper is gear-driven by the main frame’s central transmission system.
