Filling Part

● Adopts top-weighing metering technology with imported FLINTEC weighing sensors. Oil flows by gravity from the elevated buffer tank to the weighing container, then passes through a two-stage filling valve; real-time weight monitoring precisely controls valve action for highly accurate filling results.

● Built-in 304 stainless steel elevated oil tank with level switch and liquid level sensor, interlocked with the inlet valve and feed pump to automatically maintain stable oil level and control oil supply automatically.

● Each filling nozzle is fitted with independent negative pressure anti-drip technology, completely eliminating oil splashing during filling and nozzle retraction, and preventing dripping onto bottle bodies.

● All oil-contact components including internal oil pipelines and filling nozzles are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a sanitary dead-end-free design, ensuring safe and hygienic production.

Capping Part

● Fully automatic capping system composed of cap hopper & elevator sorter, cap placing unit, pre-pressing module, tracked capping mechanism and electrical control system, completing cap sorting, placing and sealing in one continuous automated workflow.

● Customizable cap sorting solution: either waterfall-style or inclined-disk cap sorter can be configured based on actual cap samples, paired with a dedicated cap delivery chute for smooth, jam-free cap feeding.
