Can Filling Part
Precision 304 Stainless Steel Filling Nozzles Crafted from high-grade food-grade 304 stainless steel, the filling nozzles are precision-machined to deliver consistent, high-accuracy filling performance for long-term continuous production.
Fine-Adjustable Filling Volume with Uniform Liquid Level The filling volume supports fine stepped adjustment to accommodate various can sizes and beverage formulas. It maintains highly consistent liquid levels across all finished cans, combining superior filling accuracy with fast cycling speed to maximize production throughput.
Sanitary All-Stainless Steel Wetted Design All product-contact parts and the liquid storage tank are fabricated from 304 stainless steel with fine mirror polishing. The structure is engineered with zero sanitary dead corners, enabling quick and thorough cleaning to meet strict food safety and hygiene requirements for beverage manufacturing.
Gravity-Fed Isobaric Filling Technology Operating on the isobaric filling principle, the system equalizes pressure between the can and liquid cylinder first, then allows carbonated drinks and beer to flow into the can smoothly by gravity. A vent tube inside each filling valve precisely regulates the final liquid level. Developed specifically for carbonated beverages, this filling system is the ideal choice for small and medium-sized beverage plants.
Intelligent Production Protection Functions Built-in can detection sensors enable automatic no-can no-fill operation, and the machine triggers an auto-stop when cans are absent from the production line. This smart control effectively cuts down product waste and reduces unnecessary raw material loss.
Can Sealing Part
304 Stainless Steel Seaming Head Construction The seaming heads are built with premium 304 stainless steel, delivering excellent corrosion and wear resistance to maintain stable sealing precision over extended service life.
Reliable Sealing Quality with ≤0.2% Defect Rate The seaming unit delivers consistently stable and reliable can sealing performance, with a finished product defect rate controlled at ≤0.2%. It creates airtight, leak-proof seams that preserve CO₂ content and product freshness, guaranteeing reliable shelf life for beer and carbonated beverages.
Custom Precision Lid Feeding Mechanism A specially designed lid feeding device ensures accurate, misalignment-free lid placement. This structure effectively minimizes the contact time between beer / carbonated beverages and ambient air, reducing oxidation risk and preserving original product flavor. The feeder can be fully customized to fit your specific lid dimensions.
Synchronized No-Can No-Seam Interlock Aligned with the filling system’s detection logic, the seaming station features no-can no-seam protection that works in sync with the missing-can auto-shutdown function. This avoids idle seaming operations, reduces unnecessary equipment wear, and supports stable, efficient continuous production.

Water Treatment System
Our water treatment systems are fully custom-engineered to your raw water conditions. After reviewing your water analysis report, we design a tailored solution combining pre-filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF) and ozone/UV sterilization for deep purification — effectively removing contaminants, reducing hardness and ensuring compliance with drinking water standards.

Beverage Processing System
Our automated systems deliver full pre-filling preparation for juice and carbonated beverages, built with sanitary-grade components and customizable modules including extraction, blending, homogenization, degassing and UHT sterilization. Capacities range from 1T to 100T, scaled to your production needs.
Option 1: Juice Mixing
Process flows are engineered around your juice formula and product characteristics, ensuring consistent quality throughout preparation and sterilization.
Option 2: Carbonated Drink Mixing
Precisely blends water, syrup and CO₂. Treated water is vacuum-degassed, proportionally mixed with syrup, cooled via plate heat exchanger, then infused with CO₂ under controlled pressure for stable carbonation retention.

Empty Can Depalletizer
This machine is designed specifically for the unloading of empty can pallets. It efficiently lifts the empty cans stacked on the pallet layer by layer, starting from the bottom and moving upwards. Subsequently, it smoothly pushes these cans onto the top - mounted chain conveyor. The top chain conveyor then transports the cans to the filling machine. This makes it an essential and ideal piece of equipment for beverage manufacturers, streamlining their production processes.

Empty Can Rinser
Automated inverting: Empty cans are fed to the front-end mechanism via conveyor, automatically rotating from mouth-up to mouth-down with zero manual intervention for higher production efficiency.
Gravity-driven rinsing: Internal flushing nozzles deliver thorough interior cleaning with no blind spots. The unit’s adjustable incline lets cans roll horizontally by gravity, requiring no extra drive power — cutting energy use and simplifying maintenance.
Dual-channel flexibility: Dual channels support 330ml and 500ml cans, freely switchable to fit different production needs and diverse order requirements

Carbonated Drink CO2 Mixer
Our carbonating mixer is the core processing unit for carbonated soft drink production, engineered to precisely blend syrup, treated water and carbon dioxide for consistent taste and stable carbonation retention.
Syrup is prepared in sugar melting and blending tanks, filtered and pumped into the mixer. Meanwhile, process water goes through vacuum degassing to improve CO₂ absorption. The system proportions water and syrup to your exact formula, cools the blend via a plate heat exchanger, then dissolves CO₂ under controlled pressure to achieve optimal, long-lasting carbonation.

Spray Cooling & Warming Tunnel
This multi-function spray tunnel delivers controlled thermal processing for filled beverages, integrating warming, pasteurization and cooling to ensure optimal product quality, extended shelf life and consistent appearance.
It supports three core operating modes:
Warming mode: Gradually tempers products to eliminate thermal shock and eliminate breakage risk.
Pasteurization mode: Completes post-fill sterilization for production lines where the filling process cannot provide sufficient pasteurization time.
Cooling mode: Rapidly cools hot-filled and pasteurized products to preserve color, flavor, texture and visual appeal.

Bottle Packging System
Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.
PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.
