Product Overview
The 10000CPH can filling and sealing machine is developed with introduced foreign canning technology and independent optimization. Widely suitable for beer, carbonated beverages and other sparkling drinks, it is compatible with aluminum, tinplate and PET cans. It features stable performance, advanced technology, sleek design and comprehensive functions.
Working Procedure: Empty cans are fed individually onto the can holding platform by the infeed screw and starwheel assembly. The filling valve’s centering cup lowers onto the can mouth, with a spring-loaded plastic ring forming a tight seal between the valve and can; the cup’s smooth lifting motion is guided by plastic rollers along a precision cam track.
Upon filling completion, the valve closes automatically, internal pressure is gently released, and the centering cup lifts away from the can. Filled cans are transferred via conveyor chain to the seaming station, where seaming heads pick up can lids and execute standard double-seam sealing under precise cam control. Finished sealed cans are then delivered to the outfeed conveying system for downstream processing.

Can Filling Part
● Developed with German-introduced technology and built on the isobaric filling principle, this section fills cleaned cans via precision mechanical isobaric valves for fast response and high liquid level accuracy.
● After the can is fully sealed against the valve gasket, back pressure is applied to equalize pressure before filling starts. It supports full CIP cleaning; valve guides with cam-driven lifting ensure accurate sealing and reduced material leakage. Filling height adjusts automatically to fit different can sizes.
● It adopts gear transmission for high efficiency, low noise and easy maintenance, with stepless variable frequency speed control. The can guiding system enables quick format changeover, and cans are conveyed via bottom support throughout.
● Controlled by PLC with on-site fault display (can jam, lid shortage, etc.), it features no-can no-fill, no-can no-lid and auto-stop on lid shortage. Liquid level in the filling cylinder is sensor-monitored for stable filling. Key components and electrical parts are imported.
Can Sealing Part
● This unit seals lids onto filled cans and transfers finished products via conveyor chain to downstream processes.
● Seaming rollers are made of high-hardness quenched alloy steel (HRC>62) with precision optical profile grinding, ensuring reliable seaming quality and stable long-term operation.
● Before the lid seats on the can rim, sterile back-pressure gas purges the headspace through the gas distributor to remove oxygen, preserving product freshness until full sealing.
● It adopts a can-synced lid feeding system that dispenses lids only when cans are present, cutting lid waste. Lids are manually loaded into the chute and fed by gravity plus a pusher, with a detection switch triggering auto-stop on lid shortage.
● The seaming unit supports manual height adjustment to fit cans of different specifications.

Empty Can Depalletizer
This machine is designed specifically for the unloading of empty can pallets. It efficiently lifts the empty cans stacked on the pallet layer by layer, starting from the bottom and moving upwards. Subsequently, it smoothly pushes these cans onto the top - mounted chain conveyor. The top chain conveyor then transports the cans to the filling machine. This makes it an essential and ideal piece of equipment for beverage manufacturers, streamlining their production processes.

Empty Can Rinser
Automated inverting: Empty cans are fed to the front-end mechanism via conveyor, automatically rotating from mouth-up to mouth-down with zero manual intervention for higher production efficiency.
Gravity-driven rinsing: Internal flushing nozzles deliver thorough interior cleaning with no blind spots. The unit’s adjustable incline lets cans roll horizontally by gravity, requiring no extra drive power — cutting energy use and simplifying maintenance.

Carbonated Drink CO2 Mixer
Our carbonating mixer is the core processing unit for carbonated soft drink production, engineered to precisely blend syrup, treated water and carbon dioxide for consistent taste and stable carbonation retention.
Syrup is prepared in sugar melting and blending tanks, filtered and pumped into the mixer. Meanwhile, process water goes through vacuum degassing to improve CO₂ absorption. The system proportions water and syrup to your exact formula, cools the blend via a plate heat exchanger, then dissolves CO₂ under controlled pressure to achieve optimal, long-lasting carbonation.

Spray Cooling & Warming Tunnel
This multi-function spray tunnel delivers controlled thermal processing for filled beverages, integrating warming, pasteurization and cooling to ensure optimal product quality, extended shelf life and consistent appearance.
It supports three core operating modes:
Warming mode: Gradually tempers products to eliminate thermal shock and eliminate breakage risk.
Pasteurization mode: Completes post-fill sterilization for production lines where the filling process cannot provide sufficient pasteurization time.
Cooling mode: Rapidly cools hot-filled and pasteurized products to preserve color, flavor, texture and visual appeal.

Bottle Packging System
Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.
PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.
