Product Overview

The automatic 4-in-1 juice with fruit pulp filling machine is a dedicated bottling solution developed for granule-containing beverages. Different from conventional 3-in-1 fillers, it adds an independent pulp dosing station on the basis of rinsing-filling-capping, realizing separate quantitative filling of fruit granules and base liquid in one integrated machine. This design effectively solves the problems of uneven particle distribution, blocked filling valves and damaged granules common in ordinary filling equipment.

4-in-1 Integrated Monoblock Design Integrates bottle rinsing, pulp granule dosing, juice base hot filling and screw capping into one compact frame, saving workshop space and reducing intermediate transmission links. Compared with split production, it lowers secondary contamination risk and improves overall production efficiency.

Precise Volumetric Pulp Dosing System Adopts independent volumetric cup metering structure with adjustable single dosage. The specially designed feeding channel and soft pushing mechanism ensure smooth granule falling without squeezing or crushing fruit particles, guaranteeing complete granule shape and uniform content per bottle.

Food-Grade Hygienic Structure All wetted parts are made of food-grade ANSI304/316L stainless steel with mirror polishing. The whole system supports automatic CIP circulation cleaning, with no sanitary dead corners inside pipelines and valves, fully complying with beverage food safety production standards.
