Rinsing Part

Water-Saving High-Efficiency Rinsing: The bottle washing system uses high-performance nozzles for thorough inner-wall cleaning with lower water consumption. A dedicated splash shield prevents water spillage, and an adjustable recovery tank with recycling pipelines improves water utilization and cuts operating costs.

Quick Bottle Format Changeover: Bottle type conversion is fast and simple — only the infeed and outfeed star wheels need replacement. The rotary assembly height is flexibly adjustable to fit different bottle heights, greatly improving production flexibility for multi-SKU beverage manufacturing.

Filling Part

Isobaric Filling Principle: The filling and capping units are built as one integrated system, operating on isobaric filling technology to preserve carbonation and fresh taste in PET-bottled beer.

Sealing & CO₂ Purging: Bottles are positioned on the rotating table via the infeed star wheel. The filling valve descends to form a pressure-tight seal, with sealing force from the centering cover weight plus adjustable cylinder pressure (0–0.4 MPa, tunable via the control panel to match different bottle materials and wall thicknesses).

CO₂ from the filling cylinder flushes through the bottle to displace residual air. This process minimizes oxygen pickup during filling and prevents negative pressure from building inside thin-walled PET bottles that would otherwise cause deformation.

Filling Cycle: Once pressure equalizes between the bottle and filling cylinder, the liquid valve opens. Product flows smoothly down the inner bottle wall through three inlets, while pre-charged gas inside the bottle flows back into the filling cylinder.

Filling stops automatically when the liquid level reaches the air return pipe. A slight overpressure forms in the bottle headspace to halt further liquid flow, ensuring consistent fill levels across every bottle.

Pressure Release & Transfer to Capping: The air and liquid valves close, and an exhaust valve gradually equalizes the bottle’s internal pressure with atmosphere. The exhaust channel sits away from the liquid surface to avoid pulling product out during depressurization. Residual liquid in the return pipe flows back into the bottle, leaving the line clear.

The centering cover then lifts under cam action, and bottles transfer smoothly from the filling turntable to the capping conveyor chain.

Capping Part

Precision Machining & Stable Transmission: Core capping components are precision-machined by CNC centers with full heat treatment. Motor-driven gear transmission ensures high durability and smooth, consistent operation.

Intelligent Cap Feeding: Bottle detection switches automatically pause cap supply when no bottles are present. A cap-locking cylinder at the guide rail interface reinforces this function, cutting cap waste and material costs.

Stable Constant-Torque Capping: The magnetic constant-torque capping head delivers reliable, uniform capping results. Adjustable torque accommodates different cap specifications and guarantees consistent packaging quality.

Missing Cap Auto-Shutdown Protection: Photoelectric switches trigger automatic machine shutdown when caps are absent. This eliminates cap-less finished bottles and effectively improves product qualification rate.

Adjustable Height for Broad Compatibility: The height of the capping head rotary assembly is adjustable to fit varying bottle heights, boosting equipment versatility for multi-format production.

Water Treatment System

Bottle Blowing System

Our PET bottle blow molding machines support fully custom bottle shapes and serve a wide range of beverage applications. We offer two configurations to fit different production scales:

Labeling Machine

Bottle Packging System

Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.

PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.
