The DXGF24-24-8 automatic PET bottle carbonated soft drink filling machine is a classic 3-in-1 (washing-filling-capping) monoblock equipment tailored for medium-capacity carbonated beverage production. With 24 washing stations, 24 isobaric filling valves and 8 capping heads, it delivers a steady production capacity of 8000 bottles per hour for standard 500ml PET bottles.

Carbonated Drink CO2 Mixer
Our carbonating mixer is the core processing unit for carbonated soft drink production, engineered to precisely blend syrup, treated water and carbon dioxide for consistent taste and stable carbonation retention.
Syrup is prepared in sugar melting and blending tanks, filtered and pumped into the mixer. Meanwhile, process water goes through vacuum degassing to improve CO₂ absorption. The system proportions water and syrup to your exact formula, cools the blend via a plate heat exchanger, then dissolves CO₂ under controlled pressure to achieve optimal, long-lasting carbonation.

Labeling Machine
We deliver customized final packaging solutions aligned with your needs and market demand, with three mainstream label options for bottle — PVC shrink sleeve, OPP hot-melt glue and self-adhesive labels — each paired with dedicated labeling equipment. Bottle Packging System
