Product Overview
CIP stands for Clean-in-Place. This compact modular CIP cleaning station is specially designed for full-cycle sanitization of beverage processing lines, supporting both hot and cold circulating cleaning workflows.
The entire CIP workstation operates under fully automatic PLC control. All core cleaning parameters — including cycle duration, acid & alkaline detergent concentration, cleaning fluid temperature and cleaning modes — are configurable directly via the human-machine touchscreen interface. When cleaning is required, operators simply select the target production equipment and corresponding cleaning program on the HMI before launching the system. The unit will execute the complete cleaning sequence autonomously per pre-programmed recipes, with segmented automatic recovery of alkaline solution, acid solution and fresh clean water to cut chemical and water waste.
This integrated system comes with comprehensive automatic control and monitoring capabilities: automatic water feeding, auto replenishment of acid and alkaline detergents, as well as closed-loop temperature adjustment. Real-time data including fluid temperature, detergent concentration and tank liquid levels are displayed visually alongside a graphical simulation of the full cleaning workflow. Audible and visual alarm notifications activate once abnormal working conditions are detected.
All adjustable operational parameters can be modified through the touchscreen. Password authorization with multi-level access protection is applied to manual operation mode and parameter editing functions, preventing unauthorized tampering and ensuring production safety and stable cleaning consistency.
Equipment Features
● Steam flow regulating valves are automatically adjusted based on real-time readings from outlet temperature probes, maintaining cleaning fluid temperature within a stable range with a temperature control accuracy of ±2°C.
● The return pipeline is fitted with a conductivity sensor, temperature transmitter and flow switch, enabling continuous real-time monitoring of core process parameters throughout the entire cleaning cycle.
● All cleaning parameters are configurable on the HMI touchscreen. The system runs fully automatic cleaning cycles following customized preset recipes. Multiple independent standard cleaning programs are pre-installed inside the unit, allowing flexible free combination to match diverse on-site production and sanitization requirements.
● Multi-port switching manifolds are installed at the CIP delivery outlets to link multiple cleaning circulation pipelines. Matching multi-hole switching plates are equipped on each internal storage tank for seamless connection to individual tank circulation lines.
Working Flow
Pre-set cleaning recipe on touch screen → Automatic pure water pre-rinse to flush loose residual dirt → Alkaline liquid high-temperature circulation cleaning to dissolve grease and organic residues → Intermediate pure water flushing to wash residual alkaline liquid → Acid liquid circulation to remove scale and biofilm → Hot sterile water circulation disinfection → Final pure water finish rinse → Automatic liquid recovery to corresponding storage tanks → System standby
