The fully automatic 5L PET bottle blow molding machine is a professional large-volume bottle forming solution optimized for 5L specification PET containers. Based on advanced two-stage stretch blow molding technology, it is specially designed for the forming characteristics of large-volume and thick-walled bottles, solving common problems of uneven wall thickness, unstable neck size and mold bulging in large bottle production.
Cost-Effective Semi-Automatic Solution: With manual preform loading and automatic blow forming design, it greatly reduces equipment procurement cost and investment threshold compared with fully automatic models. Rotary Uniform Heating System: Equipped with a multi-station rotary heating turntable and high-quality infrared heating lamps, it delivers accurate temperature control and strong heat penetration. Preforms rotate continuously during heating to receive 360° uniform heating, ensuring consistent softening of thick-walled barrel preforms and laying a solid foundation for high-quality forming.
Heavy-Duty High-Pressure Mold Clamping: Adopts a robust high-pressure mold clamping structure with sufficient clamping force to completely avoid mold bulging during high-pressure blowing of large 5-gallon barrels. Finished barrels have fine and smooth parting lines, beautiful appearance and stable structural strength, meeting the quality requirements of repeated recycling of drinking water barrels.
Pneumatic & Servo Clean Drive: All actions are driven by pneumatic cylinders and servo mechanism without hydraulic oil pump. There is no oil pollution in the production process, which meets the hygienic requirements of food packaging production. The driving system is responsive, stable in action and simple in daily maintenance.
Efficient Cooling & Neck Protection: The optimized cooling system achieves ideal cooling and setting effect, and can effectively block the influence of infrared heat radiation on the bottle mouth, prevent thermal deformation of the barrel neck, and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the bottle mouth and the sealing reliability with the barrel cap.
Simple Operation & Easy Maintenance: The whole machine has a concise structure and clear modules, with low requirements for operator skills. It is convenient for installation, debugging and daily maintenance.

Process Flow
Manual Preform Loading → Rotary Multi-Zone Heating → Preform Transfer to Mold Cavity →High-Pressure Mold Closing → Servo Stretching & Pre-Blow → High-Pressure Blow Forming →Cooling & Setting → Mold Opening → Finished Barrel Discharge
1. Manual Preform Loading: The operator places the 5-gallon barrel preform on the heating station of the turntable, and the turntable rotates step by step to send the preform into the heating area.
2. Rotary Uniform Heating: The preform rotates continuously while passing through each heating zone, and receives uniform infrared radiation to reach the optimal blowing temperature. The bottle mouth area is cooled and protected to maintain dimensional accuracy.
3. Preform Transfer: The heated preform is taken out from the heating station and placed into the mold cavity of the blowing station.
4. Mold Closing & Stretching: The mold is closed with high pressure, and the servo stretching rod stretches the preform longitudinally at a set speed.
5. Two-Stage Blowing: Pre-blow air is injected first to initially expand the preform, then high-pressure air is injected to make the material closely fit the mold cavity to form a complete 5-gallon barrel shape.
6. Cooling & Discharging: Chilled water circulates in the mold for rapid cooling and setting. After the mold is opened, the finished barrel is taken out and enters the next process.
