Product Overview
The inline rotary arm pallet stretch wrapper is a continuous online pallet wrapping solution specially matched with automatic palletizing production lines. Different from turntable wrappers that rotate pallets, this machine keeps loaded pallets stationary while the rotary cantilever orbits around goods to complete stretch film wrapping, effectively avoiding tipping risks for tall, lightweight, bagged or top-heavy pallet stacks.
The whole unit integrates incoming conveyor, rotary arm wrapping host, auto film loading mechanism and pneumatic hot film cutting assembly as one seamless system. After palletized products are conveyed into the wrapping station via roller lines, the equipment automatically completes film threading, multi-layer wrapping, top/bottom reinforcement wrapping, film fusing and smoothing without repeated manual intervention after initial film setup.
It forms a closed-loop unmanned packaging line when connected with upstream case packers, carton sealers and gantry palletizers. The LLDPE stretch film tightly binds goods on pallets to prevent scattering during forklift handling and warehouse storage, providing excellent dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-collision protection. With stepless frequency conversion regulation, adjustable pre-stretch ratio and programmable wrapping recipes, it adapts to diverse pallet sizes and packaging requirements, reducing film consumption and long-term packaging expenditure for mass production workshops.

1. Intelligent Control System
a. Adopts PLC + touch screen integrated control; users can freely adjust wrapping cycles and wrapping layers on the HMI.
b. Comes with independent electrical control cabinet and local operation box. The display panel and physical buttons support parameter setup, including wrapping layers, rotary speed and film output speed.
c. Cantilever rotation and film carriage lifting/lowering adopt stepless frequency conversion drive, which simplifies operation and precisely controls wrapping quality.

2. Film Carriage Assembly

3. Rotary Cantilever Driving Assembly

5. Full Machine Safety Protection System
● A flashing warning light is installed on the whole equipment, which triggers visual and audible alarm signals once abnormal running status is detected.
Working Process
1.Pre-operation preparation
Switch on main power and air supply; open control cabinet and close air switch. Complete one-time manual film threading, clamp film on the auto feeding device. Set wrapping layers, cantilever speed, film tension and reinforcement wrapping loops on touch screen according to pallet load conditions and save as recipe.
2.Automatic cyclic wrapping workflow
Pallets stacked by palletizer are delivered to the infeed station via roller conveyor, detected by photoelectric sensor to trigger auto conveyor startup. Pallets stop at fixed wrapping position. Rotary cantilever begins orbiting around stationary goods, while film carriage ascends/descends synchronously and pre-stretch system feeds film evenly to wrap full pallet height. After completing preset wrapping cycles, cantilever automatically returns to origin position. Pneumatic cutting unit clamps and fuses stretch film, smooths film tail onto goods surface. Once cutting action finishes, conveyor restarts to transport wrapped pallets to outfeed station, finishing one full automatic cycle and waiting for next pallet.
3.Film roll replacement steps
When stretch film is nearly exhausted, pause machine and cut power supply. Replace new LLDPE film roll, re-thread film manually following initial preparation procedures to resume continuous wrapping.
