This fully automatic inline turntable pallet stretch wrapper integrates roller conveying line and turntable wrapping unit as one complete inline system. Loaded pallets are transported to the rotary turntable station continuously without forklift handling. Product Overview
The inline turntable pallet stretch wrapper is a conveyor-integrated online wrapping equipment designed to connect automated palletizing lines. Different from rotary arm models that keep pallets stationary, this machine uses a heavy-duty rotary turntable to drive pallets for circumferential wrapping. It is highly suitable for regular-shaped, heavy-weight, rigid carton stacks without risk of collapse from centrifugal rotation.
The whole machine combines pallet infeed conveyor, rotary turntable main body, powered pre-stretch film carriage, automatic film feeding and hot cutting module, and unified electrical control system. After pallets finished stacking by palletizer are delivered to the turntable positioning station via roller conveyor, photoelectric sensors trigger full-automatic wrapping cycles. The film carriage ascends and descends synchronously with turntable rotation to complete multi-layer wrapping, reinforcement wrapping, automatic film fusing and film tail smoothing. Only one-time manual film threading is required for initial startup, realizing unattended continuous wrapping.
Matched with front-end carton sealing, case packing and palletizing equipment, it forms a closed-loop automatic packaging production line. Stretch film tightly binds scattered cartons on pallets to avoid shifting during forklift transit and warehouse storage, providing reliable dust and moisture isolation. Stepless adjustable wrapping parameters and high film pre-stretch ratio lower film consumption, bringing long-term packaging cost savings for mass production workshops.

Auto and manual running modes are switchable at will; dual groups of photoelectric sensors accurately detect pallet infeed and outfeed positions for cyclic automatic operation without manual pallet transfer.

● PLC + touch screen intelligent programmable control: All wrapping parameters can be saved as independent recipes: turntable rotation speed, film carriage lifting speed, film feed tension, top/bottom wrapping layers and reinforcement wrapping loops. Real-time running status and fault code display simplify daily operation and equipment maintenance.
● Complete multi-level safety protection configuration: Whole-machine flashing alarm light, perimeter safety photoelectric emergency stop, turntable overload protection, multi-position emergency stop buttons and brake protection, which cut all mechanical movements instantly once abnormal conditions occur, meeting international industrial safety standards.

Working Process
1. After the turntable decelerates, the clamping cylinder extends to lift the clamping plate. The stretch film wraps both the clamping plate and pallet load synchronously as the turntable rotates.
2. The turntable stops rotating completely. The swing arm cylinder actuates and moves into position, triggering an electrical signal via the magnetic sensor. The clamping cylinder then lifts the clamping plate to firmly grip the stretch film. Next, the film smoothing cylinder drives the sponge roller mounted on the swing arm to press the film tightly against pallet goods. Meanwhile, the heating wire is energized to thermally cut off the stretch film cleanly.
