Automatic Film Shrink Wrapping Machine
Fully automatic integrated film shrink wrapping equipment integrating auto film cutting, wrapping and heat shrink forming, specially designed for batch group packaging of PET bottles, plastic barrels and cans. Adopts low-power constant temperature heat shrink tunnel, servo film traction and intelligent PLC control system, supporting PE heat shrink film continuous wrapping without manual film feeding. The whole machine uses thickened carbon steel frame and food-grade anti-scald insulation layer, stable operation, low film loss, widely matched with filling line, blow molding machine and end-of-line packaging production of edible oil, carbonated drinks, barreled water and daily chemicals.

Product Overview
The automatic film shrink wrapping machine is an indispensable terminal group packaging equipment for liquid food production lines, which completes automatic product sorting, film wrapping, heat sealing, film cutting and thermal shrinkage shaping in one continuous flow without manual intervention.
Different from semi-automatic separate sleeve packaging equipment, this integrated machine realizes automatic stacking grouping of bottles/barrels, automatic film stretching wrapping and sealed cutting, then enters the circulating hot air shrink tunnel to make the shrink film tightly fit the product surface, dust-proof, anti-collision, convenient whole case transportation and palletizing.

● Electronically sensor-controlled film feeding delivers stable, consistent film traction, enabling quick and effortless film roll changeovers.
● Constant-temperature sealing and cutting blade design provides sealing strength over three times higher than conventional hot-cut cold-seal blades. It creates smooth, uniform sealed edges and boasts a service life up to 80 times longer than standard hot-seal blades.
● The shrink tunnel adopts circulating hot air circulation technology with a well-engineered thermal insulation structure, delivering precise temperature control and superior uniform shrink wrapping results for finished packages.
● Equipped with premium internationally renowned control components including Siemens (Germany), Inovance and UNIQUC, ensuring reliable and sophisticated system performance.
● A separation distance of over 500 mm between the cooling section and heat shrink tunnel prevents cold air interference with the hot air circulation system and effectively reduces heat energy loss.
● Overload protection devices are installed for both the film feed motor and circulating air fans; additional intermediate relays are integrated into the circuit to safeguard the whole electrical system against overload damage.

Q2: Can it be connected with filling machine to form an automatic production line?
A: Yes. The inlet conveyor height and conveying speed can be adjusted to match the outlet conveyor of filling machine. Complete unmanned conveying from bottle forming, filling to terminal shrink packaging can be realized without manual transfer of semi-finished products.
Q3: Why does the shrink film have wrinkles or partial incomplete fitting after packaging?
A: This machine adopts circulating hot air tunnel and constant temperature control system, which fundamentally avoids uneven heating problems of single-sided air outlet ordinary shrink machines. If wrinkles appear, it can be solved by adjusting tunnel temperature, conveying speed and servo film tension via touch screen, with simple parameter adjustment.
