TUYAO Bottle Warming Tunnel serves as key auxiliary equipment for carbonated and sparkling beverage production lines. Equipped with a multi-zone gradient warm water spraying system, it evenly warms chilled bottles up to ambient temperature to remove surface condensation. Product Overview
The bottle warming tunnel is a spray-type warming machine developed to meet diverse production demands for beverage manufacturers. Widely deployed on beverage bottling lines, it processes filled bottles after the filling procedure. Without altering the color, aroma, flavor or nutritional properties of beverages, the equipment raises bottle temperature to narrow the temperature difference between filled beverages and ambient air. It eliminates condensation on the outer surface of bottles, creating ideal conditions for labeling and enabling clean, dry carton packing. Our bottle warming tunnel works perfectly with automatic labeling machines to remove bottle condensation and improve labeling effect.

Main Features
● The machine body is constructed of stainless steel (excluding motors, bearings). Observation windows can be installed on the side frame, and the top structure is openable for convenient maintenance.
● The water collection tank inside the tunnel is fitted with a circulating filtration device and alarm system.
● The slat chain adopts heat-resistant flat top mesh, featuring excellent wear resistance.
● A main drive overload protection device is installed to effectively safeguard the slat chain and conveying system.
● Equipped with thermometers and water pressure gauges.
● Comes complete with spray circulation water pumps and dosing pumps for sanitizer.
● The segmented spray pipelines are detachable for simple cleaning.
● Uniform supplementary spraying is adopted in the first heating zone to avoid sharp fluctuations in water temperature.
Process Characteristics
1. Bottles or cans requiring temperature rise are conveyed by the inlet conveyor onto the mesh chain via plastic transition plates. Containers are automatically aligned before entering the heating zone.
2. Circulating water is heated to the set temperature by a plate heat exchanger, then delivered by circulation pumps to nozzles mounted above the mesh chain. Water is evenly sprayed onto bottles and cans to heat the containers.
3. The warm water flows through the mesh chain into the lower water tank, reheated to the target temperature, and recirculated by pumps for repeated use.
