Product Overview
The half-tray film shrink wrapping machine is dedicated terminal bundling packaging equipment specially designed for half-tray bottom-support packaging of bottled goods including beer, assorted beverages, fruit juice, bottled drinking water, dairy drinks and condiments.
As products are conveyed forward on the production line, photoelectric sensors automatically count and group bottles, then the built-in tray feeding mechanism delivers half cardboard trays underneath each product bundle. The servo film traction system pulls anti-static LDPE shrink film to fully wrap the grouped bottles and half trays. After hot knife sealing and cutting, bundled goods enter the circulating hot air shrink tunnel, where evenly distributed constant-temperature hot air makes shrink film tightly fit the half-tray and bottle surfaces, creating neat, dust-proof, stackable packaged bundles ideal for storage, transportation and palletization.
The shrink tunnel adopts mature circulating hot air technology with thick thermal insulation layers and high-precision temperature control modules, eliminating common defects like incomplete shrinkage, wrinkling or burnt film. Equipped with a friendly color touchscreen operation interface, operators can complete rapid parameter setting and intuitive human-machine communication to adjust conveying speed, sealing temperature, shrink temperature and film tension flexibly.
This machine boasts strong compatibility for bottles with various neck sizes and supports multiple packaging modes: standard plastic half-tray + film wrapping. Customized functional upgrades are available upon request, including printed film packaging modules and dedicated cardboard half-tray wrapping systems.
