Product Overview
The XGF12-12-4 automatic 5L water filling machine is a field-proven 3-in-1 rinsing-filling-capping system designed for large-volume PET bottled water production. With 12 rinsing stations, 12 gravity filling valves and 4 capping heads, it maintains a stable production speed of 2000 bottles per hour when running 5L standard round PET bottles.
Built on atmospheric gravity filling technology, the machine handles non-carbonated water products smoothly, with accurate filling levels and minimal dripping. It is compatible with most 3L to 10L PET bottles on the market, and works well for purified water, mineral water, mountain spring water and other still drinking water products. All parts in direct contact with water are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with smooth surfaces free of dead corners for easy daily cleaning.

Bottle Packging System
Individual bottled water requires secondary packaging to withstand long-distance transportation and storage. We provide a range of end-of-line packaging solutions, including PE shrink wrapping, carton packing and film-with-tray packaging, each paired with purpose-built equipment.
PE shrink film packaging is the most common choice for bottled water plants due to its low material cost, while carton packaging is typically selected for premium bottled water or glass bottle lines.
