TUYAO PACKAGING has wrapped up production and final quality checks on a high-speed automatic PET stretch blow molding machine, now on its way to a carbonated beverage manufacturer in Russia. Rated at 4,000 bottles per hour for 1.5L PET containers, the machine will allow the client to bring bottle production fully in-house, cutting packaging logistics costs and aligning output directly with their existing filling line capacity.
This shipment marks another successful project in the Russian market, where more and more beverage producers are moving away from pre-made bottle sourcing to on-site blow molding — a shift driven by lower per-unit costs, greater design flexibility and reduced inventory overhead.
Built for continuous medium-volume operation, this blow molding system integrates preform loading, multi-zone infrared heating, two-stage stretch blow forming and automatic bottle discharge into one compact, self-contained unit. An inclined preform elevator feeds raw preforms into the heating oven automatically, eliminating manual handling and reducing the risk of contamination before forming.
Engineered specifically for carbonated drink applications, the unit is calibrated to produce 1.5L bottles with uniform wall thickness distribution and reliable internal pressure resistance — two critical qualities for sparkling beverage packaging that must maintain CO₂ integrity through shipping, warehousing and shelf life. The heating oven uses individually controlled infrared lamp zones, so our technicians can fine-tune temperature profiles to match different preform resins and bottle geometries.
All machine functions run on a central PLC with an intuitive touchscreen interface, giving operators real-time visibility into oven temperature, production count, cycle time and system alarms. For this client’s standard 1.5L carbonated drink bottle, the machine delivers a steady 4,000 BPH output with a forming pass rate above 99%. It also supports quick mold changeovers, so the client can expand into additional bottle sizes as their product portfolio grows.
Before any blow molding machine leaves our facility, it goes through a full multi-hour continuous production trial to verify every performance specification against the client’s requirements. For this unit, our engineering team ran tests using the exact same PET preform specification the client sources for their production, to ensure real-world performance matches factory results.

Throughout the test, we logged key quality metrics including bottle weight consistency, sidewall thickness variation, top-load compression strength and burst pressure resistance. All sections are mounted on IPPC-compliant heavy wooden pallets with reinforced bracing, so they stay securely positioned even through rough conditions. Every package is clearly labeled with its contents, weight and handling instructions, so the client’s receiving team can quickly identify, unload and organize components on site. All accessory kits, recommended spare parts and technical documentation are packed alongside the main machine sections, so everything arrives together in one shipment.
Delivery of the equipment is only the first step.
