Built specifically for PET bottled sparkling drinks, this custom-configured machine handles both 500ml and 1.25L bottle formats, supporting the client’s plan to scale up production and expand their regional product portfolio.

The TY-DXGF16-16-5 integrates bottle rinsing, isobaric filling and screw capping into a single synchronized monoblock frame. This design eliminates intermediate conveyor sections between separate machines, reduces footprint on the production floor, and minimizes CO₂ loss and product contamination risk during transfer.
With 16 rinsing stations, 16 precision isobaric filling valves and 5 constant-torque capping heads, the machine is sized for steady mid-volume production. It uses a true isobaric filling principle: each bottle is first pressurized with CO₂ to equalize pressure with the filling tank, before product flows gently down the bottle wall. This process drastically reduces foaming, minimizes carbonation loss and ensures consistent fill levels across every bottle — critical for carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water and other gas-containing beverages.
All product-contact components are manufactured from food-grade 304 stainless steel, polished to a smooth, crevice-free finish that supports fast, thorough cleaning and full CIP compatibility. The conveyor and guide rail system is profiled for both 500ml and 1.25L PET bottles, with simple manual adjustment to switch between formats. This flexibility allows the Russian client to run multiple SKUs on a single line, without investing in separate equipment for each bottle size.
The machine also features PLC central control with a touchscreen HMI, real-time fault detection, automatic counting and built-in production safeguards such as no-bottle no-fill and no-cap auto-stop. Key electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from internationally recognized brands, ensuring long-term reliability and easy access to spare parts in the client’s local market.
Before any machine leaves our workshop, it goes through a full factory acceptance test (FAT) protocol. For this TY-DXGF16-16-5 unit, our engineering team ran continuous test verifying filling accuracy, capping torque, speed stability and safety interlock function. Only after all performance parameters met our quality standards did we move into the packaging phase.
